I wouldn't dare buy a newer than 2012 bmw without a warranty. E70 x5: Pros- very spacious, comfy, smooth ride. 2010 and newer had new taillights, new idrive, and slightly different styling. Deisel gets awesome fuel mileage. Very safe. Luxurious. Alot of trunk space if you don't have 3rd row. Cons- parts aren't cheap. My wife says it's too big
